Hey, I’m Molly and the editor of STU. I’m a big fan of Chinese and Japanese food. I love sushi! However, my all-time favourite is steak, it should be teetering on the blue side, nearly mooing on my plate. Sweet potato chips make any steak dish better.

I’m Cecily and I’m the creative director of STU. My absolute favourite meal is a roast dinner, but I love any traditional pub grub. I like to experiment with different flavours, but when in doubt I just chuck some herbs and spices in and hope for the best!

I’m Emma and I’m the Sub-editor for STU. I’m a massive fan of Lebanese and Indian food, and seeing as I spend a lot of time in chain pubs, I am partial to a good ole’ roast dinner or BBQ hot dog, as long as it’s served with a freshly poured pint of course!

I’m Daniela and I’m the production editor of STU. I became vegetarian this year and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I especially find that cooking for my friends and family is enjoyable, and it has been really fun to introduce them to my new favourite veggie meals. I particularly love Mexican and Italian food and probably couldn’t live without a goodpiece of cheese and bread!

Hey! I’m Anita and I’m the chief writer at STU. My favourite food is Chinese, I just think it’s a great cuisine, a cuisine that I have always favoured. When buying take out for myself, I will only consider Chinese food
